existant so we hit some wrecks for bottom dwellars. A few nice cod some shorts and a pick of sea bass. Tough day fishing but rods \
were bent and they had a blast.<BR>Saturday/Sunday -bottom fishing for sea bass - but had to work hard to put together a catch - 1 \
keeper fluke and some blackfish (released)<BR>Monday - Striper fishing with the Pyskatty family - the kids crushed the bass on live \
bait - nothing better than seeing them reel in these big fish. 8 fish to 35lbs"

them good although traffic made them shut down - we bent the rods on some bluefish and switched over to bottom fishing. Put \
together a catch of sea bass and ling and kept them out a little longer to try for a bass bite when traffic cleared (thanks \
Rob on the Miss Fitz) for the bunker!! Overall a great day and these guys were a great pleasure to have aboard. It was Rong's \

MONDAY (magic hours trip)- Had Joe R and his 9 year old son Michael out again. Joe and Michael are famous on our website and \

Well Michael got bigger and so did the bass!! \

clean blue/green water and after about an hour we hooked up our 1st of 20 Blue sharks we landed up to about 250Lb they were all over 200 \
and not very happy to be hooked! Around 230 we hooked the right one and after getting ready to start the boat she came un glued! An hour \
later we hooked up again on a good fish fought it for about 20 min it went under the boat an cut us off. All and and all a GREAT DAY \
sharking!!! No qualifing Makos were weighed in the Tournament. Congrats to Nicky on the Benchmark for a real nice Thresher!! Oh yeah \
big Props to Fishhead and the Fat Cat crew!"

arrRptText[11]  = "<BR>I had the pleasure of fishing the South Jersey Shark tournament aboard the FAT CAT with Capt Steve King. Our crew has \
fished together in this for 3 years and this was our year!!! Day 1 we released 2 small makos. Day 2 was slow for us until about 2:45 when \
a rod went off and didn't stop. Billy B was the angler (could not have a better guy on the rod). Everybody had their job and did it well. \
At about 4:15 the fish showed itself boatside and we showed it a flying gaff and slug. After figuring out how to boat a fish of that size \
we had to RUN to the barn to make the wiegh in by 7:30 in FOGGY conditions. The fish hit the scales and the crowd roared as the we took first \
place with 20 minutes left in the tournament. FAT CAT wins the South Jersey Shark Tournament!!!!!! Awesome time, great boat, crew, tournament \
and people!!! Congrats to Freddy N and the crew of Screaming Reels for taking the blueshark category!"

sharking conditions but it was rough and nasty out of the NE but we kept running. 1st run off was a good one which ate a whole skipjack, \
battled for 10 minutes and came undone.....OUCH!! Got the bait back shredded but never had a good hook in him. Mark and darren each went \
to battle with blue sharks and did a fine job. Got them to the boat took pics and released. 2 for 3 for the day on sharks and kept busy \
with bluefish."

arrRptText[16]  = "Sun - Made it out to the bluefin grounds with the 'all star' crew - rough ride out on Sunday - lines in for 5 minutes and WHAM! \
first fish on (bally/islander) - didnt know how the fishing would be so we kept it (44 inches) which gave us our under fish. Lines out again fish on \
again...same class fish. ended up going 4 for 6 on the troll (keeping 1) but never got one over 47 inches. Got another 1 on the jig and lost a screamer on \
the troll. Hopefully the fishing holds up!!! Fish was gorged with sand eels and there was a ton of bait out there!! FINALLY!! No pics but got some \
cool video of tail grabing and releaseing 40-50 lb bluefin.<BR><BR>Mon - Had the Doug Friend Charter. Doug, his dad and cousin got together to do some \
fluking - Fluking was HORRIBLE -spinning drift -few shorts and trash fish - after 3 hrs, we anchored on a wreck and put together a decent catch of sea \
bass and ling. Rods were bent and they all had a blast and went home with a nice bag of fish!<BR><BR>Can't wait to get back out for the bluefin!!!"

arrRptText[22]  = "We had Chet his brother and 3 friends out to the Hudson for an overnighter. We got there Sat afternoon to see 70+ \
boats on the troll, everyone lookin for a Bigeye. The PM troll was uneventful for us and we went on the chunk for the night. We had a \
flurry of action around 4:30 AM, and went 5 for 6 on yellowfin: 3 on the jigs and 2 on the chunks up to 55 lbs. In the morning we had \
our first bite in the dark while we were letting out our bird - it was a 20-25 lbs longfin. Later in the afternoon we put a 20 lbs Mahi \
in the boat and had a White window shopping but wouldn't eat. After releasing several more yellowfin we headed towards home,unfortunatly \
there was no Bigeye bite for us!On the way home we slid in to the Glory Hole and put a 55lbs Bluefin in the boat. We couldn't manage an \
over 47 inches, so we called it a day. Total was 3 YFT to 55 lbs, 1 LFT, 1-55 lb BFT, and a 20 lbs Mahi. We had an excellent time and \
can't wait to see these guys back in October."

arrRptText[23]  = "We had Matt Durkin with his dad, his brother and a couple of friends out for a Canyon Daytroll .Left the inlet @ 12:30am and \
had one of the best rides out in recent memory. After setting out the spread a White whacked the ballyhoo and with a dropback never came tight. \
After an uneventful morning we finally got a bite and put an 80lb YFT in the boat. Later in the afternoon we came tight on our second which was \
60lbs. The water and amount of life that was there was some of the best Ive seen in years. Right before we were gonna pull em in our spreadeder \
bar got crushed by a much larger tuna and never came tight but what a show that fish put on!! All in all a tough day on the troll but the guys \
made the bites we got count by putting them in the boat,Thanks! Total 2for2 on nicer YFT and missed 1 White. Thats Canyon fishin!"

arrRptText[24]  = "Sorry for the delayed post but was able to make it out to the inshore grounds twice last week and on Sunday. Over the course \
of the week we went to battle with light tackle on the inshore pelagics. Over the 3 days of fishing we boated and/or released 10 Yellowfin (all \
about 15-20lbs) 2 short bluefin, all the albies and skippies you could imagine, 5 gaffer mahi's, a few triggers, 4 cow nose rays, a brown shark \
and a black tip. Numerous other mystery bites and pulled the hook on 1 nice fish. On Sunday we did not catch any YFT they may have scattered \
after the blow. All the action was within 20 miles and on bait and jigs, a few on the troll but the light tackle action on the drift was more \
fun!! All on light spinning gear with braid and small conventional tackle. What a blast!! I hope the good fishing continues after the blow!!"

arrRptText[25]  = "Had John and Tom out yesterday morning for a light tackle catch and release bass trip. We started early in the frigid cold. \
Looked where I saw fish on Thursday but they were gone. We spent a good part of the morning looking and finally found some life to the south. \
(thanks for the call Capt. Gene Shore Catch) Finally around noon they started to chew. We had solid action mostly on Tsunami shads and Krocs. \
Total for the day was about 18 fish with some good quality, spunky, healthy fish (all released). They love the tsunami shads - many of the fish \
had the lure in the mouth but not the hook... they just would not let go of the things. Sorry - don't have may pictures but heres a few."

arrRptText[26]  = "Made it out today in blustery conditions. The weatherman was right but it wasn't so bad... cold and swingy. I wish I could have \
fished deeper but the weather wouldn't let me in my boat. - either way... we had a good day. We had our 3 man limit in about 4 hours of fishing \
and released a dozen or so fish. All quality fish, maybe 10 that were short the rest did not need to be measured. Whites and greenies worked but \
bigger fish on the white leggers... (thanks King)!!! It was good to get out and the togs are chewin... if you can get out on a party boat that \
can get to the depths where the 'good fish' are... GO NOW!!!<BR><BR>For the third trip in a row we found many of the blackfish spitting up ling \
and stomachs packed with baby ling. I have never seen this before - anyone else seen this ever? Sent one down with a hook but nothin.<BR><BR>Heading \
